Hi, welcome to another training video.
This is just a short video sent in by a student.
This is valuable for learning because he has distilled this down to the whale’s business model basics.
The whales (the market makers) have a particular way of producing consistent profits.
Do they always get it their way? No!
Remember that the whales NEED the outside market to join in and participate in the move.
When a move initially fails, it is only because the outside market has not been sufficiently motivated to take trading positions. YET!
This is how to think about this …
Each move the whales instigate is about transferring money from the outside market to them. To do this, the outside market must be persuaded to join in.
When looking at a chart, have these three questions in your mind.
1. How are the whales going to profit?
2. Where are they likely to boost their profits by stopping taking?
3. Where will they likely exit the market to maximise their profit?
By asking these questions, you can, over time, shift your MIND from the PATTERNS on the chart and instead focus on the CONTENT.
Ok, this student video is short and sweet. But then, is that not what we are doing here :-)
